1. Who we are

SlideDrop is operated by:

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "SlideDrop" refer to the above. "You" refers to the person or entity using the service.

2. What SlideDrop does

SlideDrop generates image carousels ("slideshows") for social media from a format you select and a product you describe. Generation uses third-party AI models. You can download the result as image files and publish it yourself. If you connect a TikTok account, SlideDrop can also publish a slideshow to it for you — right away, at a time you pick, or into your TikTok drafts — but only when you tell it to. Publishing runs through our processor PostPeer (see the Privacy Policy, section 4).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you are.

If you use SlideDrop on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that company.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at info@hunglongvu.com if you believe someone else has access.

One person or company, one account. Sharing an account with people outside your organisation is not permitted.

5. Plans, credits and payment

5.1 Plans

SlideDrop is offered on a monthly subscription. The current plans and prices are shown at slidedrop.co. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of credits.

5.2 Credits

Generating a slideshow consumes credits. The credit cost of each format is shown before you start a run.

Credits are added to your balance at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not expire while your subscription is active. They carry over from month to month.

Credits expire when your subscription ends, whether you cancel or we terminate it. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable.

If a generation fails for a reason on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance.

5.3 Payment and merchant of record

This section applies once paid plans are live. Payments are not connected yet, so today no payment is taken.

Once paid plans are live, subscriptions will be sold by Dodo Payments Inc ("Dodo Payments") as Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments will be the authorised reseller of SlideDrop and the seller for the purchase transaction: it will take your payment, issue your invoice, and handle all sales tax and VAT, including collection, reporting and remittance. Your purchase contract will be with Dodo Payments and will be governed by Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms, which you accept at checkout; your contract for the service itself is with us and is governed by these Terms.

Dodo Payments will provide first-tier support for your purchase: invoicing, refund requests, payment, reconciliation and initial help with order delivery. We provide all other support, including everything about using SlideDrop.

We will never see or store your card details.

5.4 Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings, where Manage or cancel opens the Dodo Payments customer portal. You can also cancel by email to info@hunglongvu.com; we then cancel for you in Dodo Payments' system. Send the email at least 48 hours before your billing period ends — the notice Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms ask for — so that the cancellation reaches the system before the next renewal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access and can use your remaining credits until that date.

5.5 Price changes

We set SlideDrop's prices. If we change the price of your plan, we tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect. Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms, which govern the purchase, reserve Dodo Payments' own right to change prices; our 30-day notice applies to every change we make.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

See the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Content

7.1 What you provide

You keep all rights to what you upload or enter — product descriptions, images, brand assets, prompts. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to run the service: to send it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy, to store it, and to generate your slideshows.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7.2 What SlideDrop generates

Generated slideshows belong to you. You may use them commercially, modify them, and publish them without attribution to SlideDrop.

Two limits apply, and they come from the AI providers we use rather than from us:

We cannot guarantee that generated output is unique. Another user with a similar input may receive similar output.
We make no warranty that generated output is free of third-party rights. Before publishing, you are responsible for checking that the output does not infringe trademarks, likenesses or copyrighted works.

7.3 Factual claims in generated content

Some formats retrieve published research and write slides from it. We run automated checks and show you what they flagged, but we do not guarantee that generated statements are accurate, complete or correctly attributed. Verify any factual claim before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.

7.4 Storage

Generated slideshows are stored for 90 days from creation, then deleted. Export the files you want to keep before then.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use SlideDrop to create or distribute content that:

is illegal where you are or where you publish it
infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or personality rights
depicts minors in any sexual context
harasses, threatens or incites violence against a person or group
is intended to deceive about a material fact — false medical or financial claims, impersonation, fabricated endorsements
contains malware or facilitates unauthorised access to systems

You may not resell, sublicense or offer SlideDrop as your own service, scrape it, or attempt to circumvent credit limits or rate limits.

The AI providers we use enforce their own policies independently. A request they refuse will fail regardless of these Terms.

If you breach this section, we may suspend or terminate your account. In serious cases we may do so without notice.

9. Availability

SlideDrop is provided as-is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, third-party outages and provider rate limits can interrupt the service.

During the private beta, daily limits apply to the number of runs and images across the platform. These are shown in the interface when reached.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that:

We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and only up to the damage typically foreseeable at the time of contracting.
In any case, our total liability for all claims arising in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost data beyond our backup obligations, or consequences of content you published.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion removes your account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Remaining credits are lost. If you have a running subscription, deleting your account first cancels it at Dodo Payments so that it is not charged again; if that cancellation fails, your account is not deleted.

We may terminate your account with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach section 8 or fail to pay.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you can cancel before that date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
